Central City Accommodation is a serviced apartment operator, managing a number of apartments in Melbourne's CBD, Southbank, Docklands and Western Suburbs. We are seeking a hardworking individual to clean our apartments after our guests checks-out from our apartments

The following is not an exhaustive list of tasks, however they will be a list of tasks expected from the applicant :

• Ironing linen, and making up Bedding.
• Vacuuming
• Moping floor

This role is bookkeeping for various clients, including sole traders, partnerships and companies, usually in consultation with the client's accountant. May be whole function bookkeeping to trial balance, or elements including:

- Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable - Payroll - Super contribution processing - Reporting - BAS functions

Experience in small and micro business computerised bookkeeping (MYOB, Quickbooks, etc) to trial balance ESSENTIAL, quals preferred.

Must be able to work autonomously, although support and PD will be made available.

Must have transport to visit clients and appropriate license. Broadband ADSL at home also preferred if interested in doing remote work.

Candidates with professional membership, and registered BAS agents looked highly upon. Must be eligible and willing to register under transitional BAS Agent arrangements.

	DETAILS OF THE HOURS REQUIRED TO WORK:

You will be good with basic account management, have very good presentation skills and telephone manner. A very important part of the role will be to keep our main trust account reconciled. You will also need to have a good patient teaching manner, to teach suppliers and customers to use our system.
