An opportunity has become available for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. This is a permanent part time position consisting of 22.5 hours per week. Two shift options are available - 8.30am-1pm or 1pm-5.30pm.
As Receptionist you will have the following duties:
- Greeting clients
- Assisting clients at front desk with enquiries and directing them to the appropriate contact/area etc.
- Switchboard
- General clerical and office duties
- Incoming/Outgoing Mail
- Stationery
- Boardroom/Meeting/Interview/Day office & Training Room bookings
To be successful in this position you will need to work with minimal supervision and have the ability to multi task, prioritise and support current tenants as required.
A responsible and mature approach to the workplace is required at all times. You must have good typing skills and be proficient in:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Powerpoint
