Our Employer is a supplier of school bags, uniforms & accessories to Australian and Overseas customers. They are looking to employ PICKER/UNPACKERS to join their busy team to undertake a range of Stores/Warehouse duties. Duties include Unpacking of all stock ready for printing. When containers come into the loading dock you will need to unload and allocate stock to its appropriate destinations. Requirements: No experience is required as they are prepared to train. You MUST be team player, a quick learner and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You will have a high level of Literacy and Numeracy skills (written and communication skills) and attention to detail. A forklift licence would be advantageous. You must also be punctual. You must be able to understand simple instructions. You will be physically fit and able to lift 18 Kg constantly. You MUST wear safety boots. You must be flexible to work in other areas of the factory when required. This is a Permanent - six (6) months contract work is available until February 2011. Company will be closed on Christmas Eve 24th December and this day will have to be taken as annual leave. Hours: Mon to Thurs 8:15 am to 4:30 pm & Fri 8:15 am to 3:45 pm (From September onwards, you will start and finish one hour earlier). Rate: Pay is $16.17 PER HR plus benefits.
