5, House cleaner for Ascot Vale

I am looking for a hardworking and fussy house cleaner to clean 2 houses in Ascot Vale. Both houses will be cleaned on the same day 2.5 hours at each house. Required fortnightly.

Willing to pay $50 per house ($20 p/h) and require the following jobs to be done

• Vaccum and moping all floors
• Thorough cleaning of bathrooms (shower screen, toilets, bath, basins)
• dusting and wiping of skirting boards as required
• cleaning of windows and ledges as required and time permitting
• cleaning of sink, oven stove as required
• any laundering (time permitting)
• general tidying

We are looking someone with inititive who when finished basic jobs looks for extra cleaning work in the house that is needed.

Both of us are pretty clean people so those not willing to go that extra mile need not apply.
